Why can't I sign in?

If you have an appointment with one of our partner hospitals, you will be automatically registered and should be able to sign in with your:

  • Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • Postcode

If you are having problems signing in this may be because:

  • the appointment is not for you (see here for details)
  • the hospital has entered your information incorrectly (e.g. first and last names switched, typo in postcode)
  • your data is not up to date following a change of circumstance (e.g. you've moved address, changed your name)
  • typos when you entered details into the form
  • some rare cases where we can't differentiate between patients (e.g. cohabiting twins)

What you should do

  • contact the hospital on the number given to check who the appointment is for
  • confirm that the hospital has the correct contact details for you
